Egg pizza

I am making a few goals as the kids start school next week.  Do not send a boring turkey sandwich to school more than once a week.  Have a nutritious and fun after school snack.  And find another option for breakfast besides cereal.  So I’ve been testing and searching and I love what I have found.

This is what I made for breakfast this morning.  It was quick and easy.  I boiled and toasted while I unloaded the dishwasher.  And then broiled while I loaded the dishwasher.

It was good, but . . .I think I would prefer it with a sunny side up egg instead of a boiled egg.  It needed some moisture and sauceyness.  But it was good and I loved the addition of oregano.  Definitely an option for breakfast.
